The spiral is a sacred and ancient symbol. It represents the spirit's movement from inward to outward, from physical to the spiritual. These few images show how I came to choose the image for my logo. It is the combination of the painted lady; the free, spiraling figure of a woman in a blissful dance of freedom, painted by my talented friend Natalya Rolbin, and some images of spirals.
The other images I shared so you can see the progression of my inspiration towards the spiral. It is such an organic and amazing mathematical phenomenon. I did spend some time on the Golden Nautilus and Fibbunacci Spiral, but then just kind of ended up satisfied that it was: Wow. Math. Just in that trippy measurable way that further supports the spiritual/physical connection for me.
